Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving environments, including memory care, hospice care, and senior care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
- Provide medication reminders as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients safely when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote cognitive function and social interaction.
- Support families by providing updates on client progress and any concerns that may arise.
Skills
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, hospice care, or senior care is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of creating and following care plans effectively.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges safely.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their dignity and independence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings such as home community care or nursing homes.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
