Job Description:
This open position requires a caregiver to work a few hours each morning, five days a week, offering a consistent routine and support. The ideal candidate should be experienced, particularly in working with bed-bound individuals, and possess skills in personal care, mobility assistance, and possibly light housekeeping or meal preparation. Compassion and attentiveness will be essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene support.
- Assist with mobility and repositioning as needed to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the client’s living space.
- Communicate with family members and healthcare professionals regarding the client’s needs.
Qualifications:
- Active LNA certification or previous caregiving experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience in caring for bed-bound individuals.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, including lifting and repositioning.
