Position Summary:
The Franchise Sales Manager’s primary focus is to develop and implement growth strategy plans specifically designed to optimize growth for Comfort Keepers franchise sales. This role is crucial to the growth and success of Comfort Keepers franchise network. The Franchise Sales Manager proactively seeks out prospective franchise owners, develops trust and rapport with the prospective owners, and manages the relationship with prospective owners through the contracting and onboarding processes. This position requires the ability to collaborate with multiple teams in cross-functional projects, including but not limited to, marketing, finance, and franchising teams.

The Franchise Sales Manager proactively seeks out prospective franchise owners, develops trust and rapport with the prospective owners, and manages the relationship with prospective owners through the contracting and onboarding processes. Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, sales, marketing or accounting. Six years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
- 6-9 years of experience in franchise sales and lead generation, including the experience in analyzing market differences to identify new franchisees.
- Experience in negotiating contracts
- A proven track record of success in sales, within the franchise sector required.
- Proven track record of success working both independently and with teams.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for franchise sales.
- Identify, set, and manage key recruitment metrics for new franchise sales.
- Familiarity with and able to discuss the Franchise Disclosure document.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for franchise growth.
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences.
- Provide KPI reporting.
- Align with and immerse yourself in the Comfort Keepers culture whilst staying on top of the latest thinking and trends in both the Franchising and the senior care and home care industries.
- Ensure that all franchise sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead candidate through the franchise awarding and approval from process from intro call to post franchise signing.
- Assist with the onboarding of new franchisees.
- Other assigned duties.
