Comfort Keepers is seeking Caregivers to join our team! You will assist in providing the daily care and joy to our elderly individuals in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities which include companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments and errands, etc.
- Collaborate with Client Care Coordinator as well as client and family for best care opportunities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others
- Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within Ashtabula County
- Ability to pass background checks and work-related references
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is a plus, however we will train individuals that show a passion for the work and a willingness to learn.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Up-to-date insurance in your name, registration and valid Driver’s License
