Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity while receiving care in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients through engaging conversation, recreational activities, and companionship.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces.
Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed.
Promptly report any changes in clients' condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
Prior experience in caregiving, either personally or professionally, is preferred but not required.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
