Job Description:
Comfort Keepers is seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide dedicated support to a bed-bound gentleman in the North Woodstock area. This part-time position involves assisting with daily morning routines for a few hours, five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene support.
- Assist with mobility and repositioning as needed to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Prepare light meals and ensure proper nutrition.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the client’s living space.
- Communicate with family members and healthcare professionals regarding the client’s needs.
Qualifications:
- Active LNA certification or previous LNA experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience in caring for bed-bound individuals.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, including lifting and repositioning.
