As a Scheduler, you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating to manage and coordinate a diverse and intricate schedule of care assignments each week.

As a crucial team player, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our clients receive top-notch home care, while also supporting our caregivers in delivering quality service. Your responsibilities will include proactively building positive relationships, providing personal and responsive service, and managing the day-to-day scheduling needs that keep our operation running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling the daily ebb and flow of client and caregiver scheduling needs.
• Embracing the challenge of managing changes to the schedule and resolving day-to-day scheduling issues with finesse.
• Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond the ordinary, ensuring satisfaction for clients, caregivers, and their families.
• Collaborating with Care Coordinators to maintain team consistency and fill-ins, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment.
• Supporting fellow team members as needed and fostering a collaborative spirit, including assisting with onboarding and orienting new caregivers to create a welcoming and prepared workforce.
• Bringing your problem-solving skills to the forefront, addressing concerns, and actively participating in creating solutions.

Requirements to Thrive:

• Scheduling experience is preferred, but if you're a quick learner and adaptable, we want to hear from you.
• A clear background check to ensure trust and reliability.
• Healthcare administration experience is a bonus, but a genuine passion for making a difference is the key.

Your Main Assignments:

• Propel the schedule forward, anticipating and addressing day-to-day changes with agility.
• Be the beacon of excellent customer service for clients and caregivers, ensuring their experience is second to none.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators to uphold team consistency and smooth transitions.
• Take on occasional on-call duties after hours for emergency situations, showcasing your dedication to the well-being of our clients and caregivers.
