Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, self motivated closer with experience in Remodeling and Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with clients to understand their remodeling desires and wishes developed through a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that meet their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for lead generation, appointment setting, closing contracts and providing first class service to our clients.

You will determine your earnings by working your own schedule that allows you optimum closing opportunities. THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION.

We provide a laptop, benefits, bonus structure, marketing materials, an office and support staff.

Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation design needs and preferences.
  • Work with our office to develop detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
  • Review if needed 3D, and 3ds Max to create visual representations of design concepts.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback into final contracts
  • Manage sales pipeline to fully maximize all leads to ensure greatest opportunity to close and finalize home renovation contracts.
  • Discuss and review contracts for renovations with company builders to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise during the project.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative design and renovation ideas.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales leads simultaneously while meeting sales goals and deadlines.
  • A real Rainmaker-sales mentality that is reflected in strong closing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sales acumen to effectively present ideas and close contracts with clients.
  • Experience in selling renovation projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
