Duties
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to maintain high standards of service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and communicate with guests and staff.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on suggestions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management, preferably in a front desk role.
- Strong knowledge of guest relations principles and practices within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Availability - must be able to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
