Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast items, ensuring a fresh and appealing presentation.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and food stations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, cash registers, and POS systems.
- Assist guests with any dietary needs or preferences, ensuring their satisfaction with meal options.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items.
Skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for processing transactions.
- Knowledge of culinary practices, including food safety standards.
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
