Duties

- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing the hotel’s financial performance for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance systems and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Assist with phone inquiries and maintain professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
