Job description
A General Manager is responsible for reporting directly to the Director of Operations and will be required to oversee and support every aspect of the business. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying and resolving problems, a strong knowledge of marketing, sales and finance, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will have experience in leading a team, showing initiative and problem-solving skills, and have an excellent communication style with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders on all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and maximize Guest and Associate experience.
- Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, using strong leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profits, and ensure quality.
- Effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest and associate satisfaction.
- Champion of the hotel’s internal and external communications and record keeping.
- Direct the daily operations of a hotel.
- Manage human resources.
- Keep track of daily and monthly expenses.
- Assist with promotions to increase customer attention and revenue.
- Help with the overall marketing strategy of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
