Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This is a vital role as you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of hotel financial transactions - Verify and balance daily guest accounts and charges - Prepare and distribute daily reports to management - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information - Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting any suspicious activity - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Skills: - Excellent guest relations skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role is preferred - Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests - Proficient in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems - Knowledge of night audit processes and procedures is highly desirable - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with composure - Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.
