Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to assit with oversee our daily housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our facilities. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Duties:
- Assits with supervising a team of housekeeping staff, including training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness according brand standards
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repair or maintenance needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using housekeeping software or systems
