Summary
As a Breakfast Attendant at Comfort Suites, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their day. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area before, during, and after service.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation.
- Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies and report any shortages.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
