Job Summary:
The Assistant General Manager at VP Management will work alongside the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall success of our Prestonsburg, KY location.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the Prestonsburg location, including but not limited to: sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and enforced by all employees.
- Utilize excellent leadership skills to motivate and coach team members, driving them to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee inventory levels and ordering to ensure that the store is adequately stocked at all times.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.
- Uphold and promote a positive and inclusive work culture at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
