We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Looking for all shifts. 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort's services and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations.
- Assist with night audit duties as required.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A background in hospitality management is advantageous but not required.
- Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
