About us

The Comfort Suites Greenville airport is a 93 room fully custom designed hotel located right next to TopGolf on Pelham road. This hotel is not your average Comfort Suites -- we have won the brand's Gold award all 3 years we've been open and are ranked the #1 hotel in the entire upstate (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson) on Tripadvisor! We are one of Greenville's newest hotels having opened our doors in September of 2020.

We are not some large management company where you are just a number. This is a growing family business and want everyone who joins the team (family) to grow with us!

As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships within the community. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and hospitality, we want to hear from you!

This opportunity includes the opportunity to grow into a regional sales position as we start construction on our second hotel in Greenville.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and market share.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, group travel, and youth sports teams coming to the area.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients and community partners.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site tours to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
  • Work closely with the front desk and operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Greenville, SC market is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales software.
