Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, residential properties, and industrial facilities. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards.
• Assist in laundry services as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in industrial cleaning is an advantage but not required.
