What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Comfort Suites?
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, and balancing financial transactions
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
Please note that this position requires working during the night hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
