- Perform night audit procedures to balance daily transactions and prepare reports
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
