Summary
As a Room Attendant at Best Western, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas meet Best Western's quality standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to provide a welcoming environment.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
- Restock housekeeping supplies in carts and storage areas efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel as assigned.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is beneficial.
