Responsibilities and Requirements include but not limited to :
- High School Diploma or equivalent, proficient in Word / Excel / Outlook, computer keyboarding skills, effective communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality, organizational skills, and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Experience in handling multi-lines phone system
- Greet and Interact with employees, customers, vendors
- Open and Distribute mail, faxes, etc.
- Administrative Assistant to upper Management
- Enter and Issue Purchase Orders
- Run Bank deposits
- Responsible for monthly supply orders
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience working for a construction company or subcontractor a plus
