KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Expertise and Organizational Skills : Lead the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems with precision. Your role involves meticulous planning and execution, from ductwork and mechanical components to smart home automation systems.
- Mentorship and Communication : Supervise and train 1-2 apprentice team members, fostering their development with your strong communication skills. You'll ensure effective team collaboration and project success through clear, concise dialogue.
- Problem-Solving and Proactive Collaboration : Utilize your analytical skills to quickly address challenges and make informed decisions. You're expected to be upfront about needing assistance, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared goals.
- Professional Development and Technical Compliance : Keep abreast of industry standards and technology advancements. You should have or be willing to obtain EPA and NATE certifications, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in the field.
