Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Oversee billing operations, including preparing invoices, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Handle lien waivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Monitor and execute collections efforts, maintaining positive relationships with clients while securing payments.
• Collaborate with other departments and cross-train in accounting functions to support financial operations.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for audits, reconciliations, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in collections and dispute resolution.
• Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field with long-term career aspirations.
• Prior experience in AR, billing, collections, or accounting is preferred but not required.
