Your main Tasks:
- Work safely no matter what. Safety is our highest priority.
- Lay out and install commercial pipes in a wide variety of job settings.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.
- Install hangers to hold pipes in place.
- Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof.
- Install plumbing fixtures.
- Use a variety of power & hand tools.
- Brazing copper.
- Help teach Apprentices on the job site.
Experience or Certification needed:
- 5 years of Commercial Plumbing experience.
- Experience in Commercial Plumbing preferred.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- OSHA 10 preferred.
You need to be able to;
- Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Work as a team.
- Do Basic “Tape measure math”
- Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
- Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
- Work efficiently in confined spaces.
- Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
- Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
