Your pay: $28 per hour to start, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

Your main Tasks:
- Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
- Install & repair refrigeration equipment. May include maintenance, add refrigerant, replacing parts, install / build new units.
- Read blueprints to install and troubleshoot systems.
- Keep records of repairs, work hours, causes of system issues.
- Remain customer service focused.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience or Certification needed:
- 3 years of Refrigeration experience.
- 2 years in a Service Technician role preferred.
- EPA universal certification preferred.
- OSHA 10 preferred.
You need to be able to:
- Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Proficient in electrical & mechanical diagnostics.
- Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
- On call availability.
- Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
- Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
- Work efficiently in confined spaces.
- Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
