The Role: Commercial Preventative Maintenance Technician
If you’ve got a good head on your shoulders, tools in your truck, and a passion for keeping systems running smooth—this is your shot. We’re looking for a proactive, mechanically minded tech to join our commercial PM team.
You'll be the first line of defense—finding issues before they become problems, making sure every system runs like it should, and keeping our clients cool, calm, and confident in their equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Travel to commercial job sites across the region
Perform routine maintenance on rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air handlers
Inspect belts, motors, filters, refrigerant levels, and overall system health
Clean coils, fans, and components to boost system performance
Flag potential issues before they become costly repairs
Keep your truck stocked and your paperwork sharp
Log all findings, actions, and recommendations
Support senior techs with repairs and upgrades when needed
Be the friendly, reliable face our customers trust
What You Bring
1–2 years of commercial HVAC PM experience (or solid residential strong work ethic)
Completion of HVAC school or apprenticeship is a plus
EPA Certification required
Strong mechanical and diagnostic mindset
Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs and move with purpose
Solid with hand and power tools
A clean, valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Self-starter mentality and attention to detail
Customer-focused and professional in every interaction
