A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SERVICE COORDINATOR / DISPATCHER
As a part-time HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You cheerfully relay accurate information to technicians, warehouses, and customers, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences. With your strong organizational skills, you schedule service appointments and correctly update important files.
Your customer service skills come through as you receive client requests and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You prioritize the most urgent calls and send the right technician to each job. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency. You call customers to update them on the technician's progress, verify that services have been performed appropriately, and ensure client satisfaction. Through it all, you build a strong rapport with both colleagues and technicians alike. You love that being in this important customer service role, you help make our clients comfortable and happy!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
- Geographical knowledge of the sales area or map reading skills
- Professional appearance
- Mechanical aptitude
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred, but not required. Are you the kind of person who quickly catches on to what needs to be done, and then jumps right in? WORK SCHEDULE
This customer service/dispatch position typically works at our office 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday with the flexibility to occasionally work a full day if needed.
