We are currently seeking a skilled and caring Registered Nurse (RN) who is fluent in Creole to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at ComfortPlus Home Healthcare, Inc., you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. You will work closely with patients and their families, coordinating care and ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and agency policies.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Florida.
- Experience in Nursing, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting.
- Fluent in Creole (oral and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
