LOCATION
Candidates should be based in the NY metro area. We are a hybrid organization and work three days per week in our downtown New York City office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Development Associate supports the overall fundraising strategy by providing direct donor services, prospect management support, management assistance for the CRM system, meeting coordination, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed throughout the department. This position works closely with the SVP of Development to coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholder engagement as well as key committee meetings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Monitor and update prospect and donor records.
- Manage direct donor communications for general questions surrounding Comic Relief, organizational campaigns, donations, etc.
- Work cross-departmentally to coordinate key meetings, both internal and external, including volunteer committees.
- Develop thoughtful and strategic meeting agendas and coordinate presentation materials.
- Organize, consolidate, and present effective meeting notes and action items on behalf of the development team.
- Develop and / or support departmental systems and procedures for effective donor engagement.
- Support the SVP in managing key stakeholders, major donors, and volunteers.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
CRUS offers competitive compensation. The salary range for this role is anticipated to be $62,400 - $65,000. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to : abilities, skills, work experience, knowledge, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
