Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction to meet Coming Attractions Theatres standards
- Responsible for every aspect of fun center operations included but not limited to element operations and maintenance (i.e. carts, laser tag, arcade, etc.), concessions (inventory), maintenance, guest services, redemption, etc.
- Supervises, schedules, evaluates, hires/terminates staff
- Schedules and conducts training and safety meetings
- Introduces and implements enforces company policy
- Supervises and trains Managers and Assistant Manager
- Makes accurate bank deposits and is responsible for petty cash funds
- Responsible for complete and accurate nightly recap worksheet
- Makes accurate and detailed incident/accident reports as necessary
- Ability and willingness to perform all management, crew and janitorial duties
- Maintains facilities that are clean, safe and in good repair
- Perform daily opening and closing operational duties
- Make accurate bank deposits and is responsible for petty cash
- Responsible for complete and accurate reports
- Make accurate and detailed incident/accident reports as necessary
- Responsible for concessions inventory control
- Directing and maintaining building security
- Clearly interfaces with Corporate Office in a timely manner
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by Home Office and available to handle emergency situations at the Fun Center and on call twenty-four hours a day
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- Availability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
- Ability to actively listen. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Ability to effectively communicate in and comprehend English. Speaking to others to convey information effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to perform math calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
- Ability to train others.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers permit is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching.
- Ability to talk, see and hear.
- May occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
