Job Description:
The Sales and Service Representative will be responsible for providing quality guest service in all areas of the Fun Center, including Guest Services, Redemption, Special Events, Laser Tag, Elements, Carts, or Concessions. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with customers and are able to multitask effectively.

The Sales and Service Representative will be responsible for providing quality guest service in all areas of the Fun Center, including Guest Services, Redemption, Special Events, Laser Tag, Elements, Carts, or Concessions. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with customers and are able to multitask effectively.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by engaging guests, making eye contact, smiling, and giving them full attention.
- Understand Fun Center procedures pertaining to Guest Services, Redemption, Special Events, Laser Tag, Elements, Carts, and/or Concessions as assigned.
- Keep the registration, redemption, and/or concessions area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Sell and process access cards, birthday packages, and/or concession items on point-of-sale terminals and make accurate change.
- Offer additional elements and/or games to complement guests' orders.
- Maintain adequate cash funds and notify management of the need for cash drops.
- Ensure all elements, restrooms, and party room areas are empty at night's end.
- Conduct crowd control when necessary.
