To achieve this, they are seeking an experienced Senior Producer specializing in live events to drive their ambitious projects forward.
Role Overview
As the Senior Producer, you will act as the central figure between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients, ensuring seamless planning, production, and execution of live events and brand experiences. Your responsibilities span project management, client handling, and creative production leadership. Your goal is to ensure high-quality creative outputs, delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
You will manage every stage of the project lifecycle, from concept ideation to final delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex projects. With strong leadership and communication skills, you will inspire both clients and colleagues, ensuring flawless execution and fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of campaigns and one-off live events, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with exceptional delegation and management skills.
- Ensure creative outputs align with client briefs, delivering high-quality brand experiences.
- Develop and manage project scopes, maintaining financial control and ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate all production aspects, including Health and Safety, Insurance, Permits, and Licensing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline production workflows.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
