Position Overview: As a Project Estimator, you will play a key role in driving revenue for our new construction division by delivering accurate roofing and exterior estimates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with ample opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service to set the standard for C365 excellence.
- Analyze project specifications and documentation to calculate costs accurately.
- Compile and assess estimate data, considering labor, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain and evaluate pricing information.
- Develop precise and timely project estimates.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, bids, and relevant documentation.
- Prepare job package contracts for handover to production teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractor project managers and office staff.
- Contribute to revenue growth for the new construction division.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to adapt to market changes and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- 5 years of experience in residential or commercial exterior new construction.
- Availability to work 40-50 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- High situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Accountability and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
