Job Title: Digital Press Operator

Location: 15085 E Eleven Mile Rd. in Roseville, MI
Shift: Second Shift (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Reports to: Press Manager and COO

Job Description:

 We are seeking a dedicated Digital Press Operator with exceptional attention to detail to join our team. Experience in printing and digital presses is preferred.

*This is not a remote position. Must have reliable transportation*
*This is not a creative position, there is no graphic design or comic book writing or drawing involved."
*Must have an open mind and be over 18. Much of what we print is R to M rated in nature. It's comic books.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Canon color presses and Ricoh black and white presses.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all printed materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as calibration, toner changes and paper loading.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and call for maintenance as needed. Must be able to effectively communicate with service technicians.
• Manage print jobs from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the Digital Press Manager to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in printing is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Must be able to work the second shift (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
