Title: Chief Chaos Controller (aka Project Manager)

We’re looking for a Project Manager who isn’t afraid to take the wheel and steer big, bold initiatives toward on-time, on-budget, and beyond expectations results.

YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU:

Are the calm in the storm when a hundred emails hit at once.
Can speak fluent “technician,” “client,” and “vendor”—often in the same sentence.
Know how to create a plan, work the plan, and flex the plan when reality throws you a curveball.
Don’t just “check the boxes”—you rewrite the checklist if it doesn’t make sense.

YOUR SUPERPOWERS:

Proven experience running complex projects in tech, construction, or similar fields.
Master of logistics, resource coordination, and milestone magic.
Sharp communicator—written, verbal, and that important “read-the-room” sixth sense.
Strong grasp of project management tools (we won’t judge your love of color-coded spreadsheets).

BONUS POINTS IF:

You’ve led install projects involving AV, nurse call, security, or communications gear.
You’ve worked with hospitals or large health systems before.
You have a track record of making vendors love you and clients ask for you by name.
