Growing Printing and Mailing company looking for an Entry Level Warehouse Team Member
Primary Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing orders.
- Building and shrink wrapping pallets.
- Packaging and labeling products to order specifications.
- Working in a team environment to efficiently package required orders.
- Handling finished materials and moving packages to storage areas within the warehouse.
- Safely operating equipment such as electric forklift to move packages throughout the warehouse.
- Potential for local deliveries and pickups in company van
What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently using both verbal and written skills.
- Ability to read, interpret and review instructions for preparation of materials.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Understanding of basic mathematics.
- Ability to adapt to varied work requirements and be flexible.
- Knowledge in basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical ability that is consistent with shipping operations, including lifting approximately up to 60 pounds, walking, bending, climbing stairs, standing for prolonged periods, and performing repetitive physical labor
A clean valid driver's license is required
No previous warehouse experience is required, but experience in one of these fields is preferred: warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution, shipping, receiving, production, manufacturing, assembly, packing.
