Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods, with a focus on concrete construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
