Architect

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking Architects to serve on a potential effort supporting the Navy.

Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):

• Providing architectural design services for NAVFAC installations
• Developing and reviewing architectural plans, specifications, and drawings
• Ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations
• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders
• Performing site assessments and feasibility studies
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  
  

This position is contingent on contract award. Multiple positions may be hired from this listing.

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $127,000

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment)
• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. (Eligible to pass Federal security clearance process. Please visit the link for FAQs: https://www.dcsa.mil/mc/pv/mbi/gicp/).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in architectural design principles and practices
• Familiarity with building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, UFC)
• Ability to use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus
• Professional proficiency in English is required
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Quattro Consulting will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Current, active secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Licensed Architect (RA)
• Experience with design and evaluation of facilities in government or military facilities.
