OneStream Subject Matter Expert

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a OneStream Subject Matter Expert to serve on a contract supporting the IRS Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):

• Developing key design decision documentation
• Performing data modeling
• Supporting data conversion activities, including data cleansing
• Performing security profiling
• Supporting the proposed implementation (realization and deployment) plan
• Providing business support through realization and deployment, including supporting user acceptance testing and training
• Providing functional systems expertise
  
  

This position is anticipated to begin on or about March 22, 2025.

Expected salary range: $130,000 - $145,000

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment)
• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) from an accredited educational institution.
• Direct experience in budget planning, formulation and execution in the US Federal Government.
• Direct experience with OneStream software, streamlining budget formulation, execution and reconciliation for the US Federal Government
• Skilled in financial analysis, leadership, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and building relationships
• Must be able to obtain sufficient security clearances to access IRS facilities, systems, and Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information in the performance of the contract. US citizenship and full tax compliance are required to obtain staff-like access
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Professional proficiency in English is required
• Candidate must be able to work during core East Coast hours.
