This position requires rotating shift work.
This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

Duties
- You will conduct lectures, discussions, guided conference and demonstration methods to present law enforcement, investigative techniques, procedures, and practical application sessions.
- You will develop Performance Objectives and Standards to aide in properly identifying training needs and requirements of each student.
- You will monitor law enforcement personnel to ensure compliance with agency standards and policies governing employee proficiency in the use and care of assigned firearms.
- You will propose career development plans (e.g., training requests, utilization proposals) to enhance career of law enforcement employees.
- You will coordinate with other federal law enforcement instructors to develop different approaches and methods of instruction.
- You will explain policies, goals, procedures, and regulations to assigned law enforcement personnel.
