Essential Responsibilities:
- Check appointment calendar and assure residents are ready for appointments.
- Coordinate with transpiration aid for resident appointments - make copies of resident’s current physician’s orders, progress sheets, and insurance cards (when appropriate); place and have ready to send with residents.
- Monitor front door and assist residents and visitors
- Answer facility telephone when necessary.
- Keep proper clerical supplies for Nurses’ Station.
- Any other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, or Administrator.
