Primary Job Functions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):
- Creates and manages special projects and programs and is the Guest Experience department point of contact for cross-divisional assigned projects.
- Coordinates projects through systematic project management approach with specific timelines, deliverables, responsibilities and holds all parties accountable, as needed..
- Coordinates transparencies of projects and implements with cross-organizational departments., including, but not limited to Marketing, Guest Services, Special Events, CasinoOps, Hotel, F&B and more.
- Holds members of other teams/departments accountable for their parts in various projects.
- Provides a wide range of operational support for the Guest Experience dept to help meet its various divisional and departmental special project needs.
- Administers a variety of functions including researching, planning, organizing, implementing, and delivering on special projects.
- Forecasts potential project completion delays and makes decisions on the planning and execution of all activities for assigned projects.
- Develops objectives, priorities, schedules and budgeting for programs, projects, and activities.
- Performs research, analysis, studies and prepares reports on assigned projects.
- Plans, organizes, and identifies meeting logistic needs. Provides technical guidance and quality assessment, as needed.
- Assists with other duties and projects as assigned by Leadership.
Qualifications
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management experience required.
- Hospitality/Gaming/Operations experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must obtain and maintain a Key Employee License from the California Gambling Control Commission.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking and follow through skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possesses the flexibility to handle difficult situations and complex challenges.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve benefit discrepancies and issues; detail-oriented and a self-starter.
