PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Investigates and makes decisions on escalated employee and customer issues in lieu of the Shift Manager and reports significant incidents to Casino Management. 2. Reports to all customer and employee work injuries at the Security Office. 3. Counsels employees and issues disciplinary action to employees on staff including attendance notifications, warnings, and suspensions. 4. Participates in employee involuntary terminations. 5. Assists and participates in employee relations programs and promotions, as well as customer marketing efforts and special events.6. Understands and complies with Commerce Casino’s Currency Transaction Reporting Policy and Procedures.7. Maintains integrity of all Games consistent with Company policies and procedures. 8. Understands and is responsible for department and Company policies and procedures pertaining to all games.9. Provides excellent customer service consistent with company standards and procedures established by the management, or as discussed in departmental meetings.10. Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by Casino Management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience Required: High School Diploma and at least 8 years’ experience in Casino gaming operations. Education: College degree in Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Licenses:⦁ A casino work permit from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.⦁ Must obtain and maintain a Key Employee License from the Bureau of Gambling Control.
Must possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary. Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and to prepare detailed professional correspondence, memoranda, policies, procedures and regulations related to the employee’s duties. A general knowledge of the Windows based computer operating systems is also required.
