The Custodian II plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of Commerce City buildings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. In addition to custodial duties, this position may serve as a lead in the field when the supervisor is unavailable, providing guidance and support to the team.
Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience.
The hiring range for the $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 Annually

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years of experience in customer service. Minimum one-year custodial experience and/or light maintenance and one year of experience as a lead in custodial work or related field.
Any combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must be CJIS certified or have the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
