Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or closely related field and at least six years of related progressively responsible experience required. Experience leading and supervising technical teams is required. Extensive experience in technical analysis, application administration, database management, project management, enterprise applications, technical documentation and quality management is required. Experience in a similar role in local government and public safety is desired. Business analyst, project management or related technical certifications desired. Experience and training in ITIL with ITIL Foundations Certification preferred. CJIS certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
