Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; at least two years of customer service and general clerical, or police records management experience; and, at least two years of computer experience in data entry or retrieval, word processing, data management or information technology. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred; experience in shift work, judicial or law enforcement records management and/or CCIC/NCIC experience is preferred; and, advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite or 365 is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. Must qualify for FBI certification to access the Criminal Justice Information System; qualification includes no felony conviction of any kind. Must be able to be certified as a Notary Public.
