What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Aide position at Commerce City?
General Purpose
We are currently seeking a Preschool Aide to join our team! As a Preschool Aide, you will have the opportunity to work under the general supervision of the Recreation Coordinator and the Preschool Director. Your primary duties will include assisting in the implementation of activities for on-site preschool programs for children between the ages of 2 and 6 years.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children and who has a strong desire to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for them to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

Minimum Qualifications
High School or equivalent and experience working with preschool aged youth is preferred. Must possess current CPR/First Aid certificates or be able to obtain them within 3 months of hire date. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. Bilingual in Spanish is desired. A background check and fingerprinting are required. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to operate various automobiles, including 14-passenger vans. CDL not required for this position.
