Your expertise and attention to detail as an eCommerce Project Coordinator will help us to continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

You will be responsible for managing multiple eCommerce projects and ensuring they are executed smoothly from start to finish. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in overseeing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery of eCommerce solutions. You will be required to be in our Duluth, GA office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate eCommerce projects, ensuring timelines are met, and project objectives are achieved
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and alignment of goals
• Resource Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources efficiently and ensure smooth execution
• Issue Resolution: Identify project risks and work proactively to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes
• Support eCommerce Projects: Leverage your understanding of eCommerce to support project delivery, identifying opportunities to optimize the user experience and business outcomes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience managing or coordinating projects
• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
• Capable of analyzing project data, identify trends, and drive project decisions
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail in managing project plans

Preferred

• eCommerce project coordination/management experience
• Familiar with eCommerce platforms, IT systems, or web development processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a full-time, salary, exempt position that predominantly operates from a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
